Our Founder, Catarina Matias, was your typical Jersey girl, always on the go and usually running on coffee as "nourishment". Not a foodie by any means, and usually grabbing unhealthy snacks, she began to look for healthier options. She struggled to find fun snacks she craved that were also "healthier", but when her health started to suffer Catarina really buckled down. Finally she found snacks with character, amazing back stories, and even better - great flavors. Now it is her mission to help others find snacks they did not even know they needed!
